These terms govern your use of the ParagonQMS client portal. They are a working version; please contact us if you need a signed copy.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

Indicative pricing

Any pricing shown in the portal is indicative only and based on the information you submit. Formal quotations are issued separately and supersede portal estimates.

Templates

Templates provided through the portal are licensed for the recipient organisation's internal use only. They must not be redistributed, resold or shared outside your organisation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data, or submit unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

The portal is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published here.
